“I built this because I needed it. Not as a thought experiment — as the only honest response to fifteen years of living through moments I couldn’t name.”

The Work

Fifteen years building in vehicle intelligence.

I’m the founder and CEO of SwiCAR, a vehicle intelligence company operating across India with expansion underway globally. We don’t sell telematics — we solve strategic problems for the industries that depend on vehicle data but have never had access to it.

The insight that built the business: every telematics customer has their own customers — banks lending to car buyers, insurance companies protecting drivers, platforms managing automotive trade — and those end customers are completely blind to the vehicle data that exists upstream. We close that gap. We turn raw vehicle data into strategic intelligence that directly impacts business outcomes for financial services, insurance, and automotive trade.

The business is built across two continents — Bay Area as home base, Mumbai as the operational centre of gravity. It took fifteen years to build. Thousands of people have touched what we created across that journey — as employees, leaders, contractors, vendors, channel partners, and customers.

The Pattern

The madness started to have a shape.

The whole journey — every pivot, every ambush, every unexpected completion — was full of moments that permanently divided what came before from what came after. I lived through all of them without a language for what was actually happening.

I didn’t know what to call it when the ground shifted permanently. I didn’t know why some events changed everything while others of equal apparent magnitude passed without leaving a mark. I didn’t know why certain moments from years earlier still pulled on my present like gravity, while others had quietly integrated and left me alone.

What I did know — eventually, slowly, after enough repetitions that even a fool could see it — was that every one of these moments had the same structure.

Every Organisation, Every Life, Every Story — is punctuated by moments that divide everything into a distinct Before and After.

A Before. An After. A threshold between them that permanently changed the coordinates of everything. I spent five years building the language for this thing. The result is Zero Point.

The Framework

A thinking framework. Not a healing one.

Zero Point is a mental model, a framework, and a practice for the moments that divide everything into Before and After. Three simultaneous meanings — Ground Zero, Reset Point, Inflection Point. Four phases — Anticipate, Attend, Navigate, Carry. Six domains: Home, Relationships, Health, Wealth, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership.

It is not built for people who need to be told that things will be okay. It is built for people who want the tools to see clearly when clarity is hardest — and to move through the defining moments of their lives and work with precision and intention, not just survival.

I built it because I needed it. I’m sharing it because I don’t think I’m the only one who did.
